The landscape has sure changed in the last few months. I hope you are finding it interesting seeing everyone at the virtual meetings and enjoying the presentations.
As we cannot attend an in-person meeting in the near future, membership renewals will be taken by email or mail.
It has options for electronic payments as well as the usual write a cheque. We are also asking that you take a look at the questions on the form to give the board some more ideas on how we can serve the guild membership.
Registering by email?
You can email your completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org if you are paying by electronic means.
Registering by Mail?
You can mail your completed form with electronic payment options selected or with a cheque enclosed (dated for the current date) to the address listed on the membership form. PLEASE print clearly to ensure you receive newsletters whether via email or regular mail.
Don’t forget about bring a guest! Each member is entitled to invite one guest for free to one meeting. Otherwise, the guest fee is $10 per meeting. You can even bring them to a virtual meeting.
