Usage of FFAA space

Cleaning Guidelines for Fibre Art Studio

All visitors must use hand sanitizer upon entry, please do not enter if you are not feeling well, have a fever or have traveled outside the country in the last 14 days.

A list of participants must be kept for 14 days for contact tracing.

Masks must be worn to enter the Studio.

Chairs and tables have been arranged for physical distancing, 2 metres apart. If you need to move tables or chairs, please try to maintain that distance. Tables and chairs need to be returned to original arrangement at the end of your session.

Spray down all surfaces that may have been touched by visitors, ie door handles, tables etc. use spray provided, let sit for 10 minutes, wipe away any residue if needed, when leaving.

If ACUA space is closed, double glass doors at the front are closed, please do not enter as that area is alarmed.

If the Studio washroom has been used, all surfaces should be sprayed down after each use with spray, wait 10 minutes, wipe away any residue with a paper towel, dispose in garbage.

Floors must be swept, brooms are located at the back of the Studio, as marked. Garbage must be removed at the end of the session, extra bags are under the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen. Bin is located in the alley, to the right of the back door.

Please make sure the back door and other 2 doors are locked and secure.

All food must be removed from the fridge and other areas.

You may arrive 15 minutes early for set up and leave promptly at your assigned time.

FFAA newly-opened 2800 sq. ft. studio/gallery space is in the Strathearn Shopping Centre at 9532 – 87 Street in Edmonton AB – see map). There is free parking in front. There are also tables and chairs available outside for visitors’ use.
