Stephanie Hackney, Director: Sales & Marketing of Craft & Retail Products from Hobbs Bonded Fibers will cover such topics as how to choose the right batting content for your quilt, pros and (potential) cons of the various fiber types, recommended batting types for specific projects (art quilts, charity quilts, show quilts, bed quilts, etc.), the proper care and use of batting/quilts, and tips and tricks for best results. Stephanie is responsible for all marketing activities centered around the Hobbs Batting Brand, including educating quilters and other creative uses of the products Hobbs manufactures.
Stephanie has shared her batting expertise through in-person lectures at most major quilt industry events, including Quilt Market, and she continues to share this knowledge virtually.
