Snippet Scroll Workshop

Join this year’s Education Grant recipient, Janet M, in making a Snippet Scroll.

Using pieces of fabric, buttons, lace, keepsakes, vintage linens or whatever your heart desires, pick a theme or your favourite colour to make a unique long book that rolls up and is fastened with a button, or a piece of yarn or ribbon.

You can machine stitch it together or use a soft stabilizer and do some hand stitching on it. Several methods of stitching and putting the fabrics together will be shown to make it just the way you like.

This will be a fun workshop that will give you a keepsake of your favourite things.
