2025 Quilt Festival Entry Form

Please bring your quilted item(s) to the Saville Community Sports Centre (Curling Rink), 11610 – 65 Avenue, 2nd Floor North Lounge, Edmonton, on Wednesday June 4, 2025 between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. You will be given a ticket for each quilted item that you enter.

On Saturday, June 7, 2025 beginning at 5:00 p.m., please come to the Waiting Area in front of the tables where you dropped off your item(s). When we have all your quilted item(s) ready, the volunteers at the tables will call your name for the pick-up.

Please don’t forget to bring your ticket(s).
If someone else is picking up your item(s), please ensure the person has your ticket(s) or has signed permission from you to pick up the item(s).

The Entry Form is “interactive”.  In other words, once you answer a question, more fields will appear based on your answers.

For each of your quilts, the information needed will be:

  • a title (that is the same as on your label)
  • the category to put the quilt in (definitions of categories available to read in form if necessary)
  • the measurements of your quilt
  • an artist statement (max 60 words)
  • the techniques used to make your quilted item
  • a picture of the quilt top at minimum
  • if you have used another’s work as inspiration, a copy of the permission will also be requested

If you need to stop filling in this form before you have completed it, please scroll down to the end and click the save button.  You will then be able to send yourself a link to finish it later.

Please do not hit “Submit” until all your quilts to be included in the show are entered on the form.

Attention!

You will see a message thanking you for submitting your form once you have successfully completed your form.

You will also receive an email with a copy of your form.  The email will repeat the drop off/pick up instructions indicated above.

If you did not see a “Thank you message,” the EDQG membership committee did not receive your form. Please re-submit.
