As we proceed into our 45th year as a Guild, we continue to honor the
incredible tradition and history while embracing new opportunities for the
future of our craft. We are just 5 short months away from celebrating our Edmonton Quilt Festival for 2025. 

Our theme this year is “Honor the Past, Embrace the Future” and our quilt show event will now be called the Edmonton Quilt Festival. This subtle shift reflects our growth from a quilt exhibition to a festival celebrating not only quilts, but also creativity, artistry, and community! 

The show will open Friday June 6, and run through Saturday June 7, 2025.  Our location has changed to the Saville Centre Sports Centre Curling Rink. This facility provides us with a larger, well-lit, accessible space that enables us to bring all of our quilt displays, vendors, and specialty displays into one arena! Its accessible by public transit and LRT, and has abundant parking, both free and for-payment for those that need very close access alongside the building.

Our Show will reintroduce popular features like all skill-level courses and the breakfast talk, offering something for every attendee, whether they are seasoned quilters, new hobbyists, or art enthusiasts.

For this show, we are engaging with Eventbright to expand our marketing and promotion outreach, and to enable online advance ticket purchases.
Tickets will continue to be available at the  door as in past years.

We hope you are actively working on finishing your pieces for the Quilt
Show!  Individuals are allowed 4 entries. (Judged and/or Exhibit Only).
Youth may enter one quilt, exhibit only.

In the next few months, we will be providing you with more info about a breakfast talk and workshops etc.
