Wanted: Quilter to finish Quilt

Hello,
My name is Greg and my mom was a quilter.
In her last year it was getting too hard to use her hands so she didn’t finish this quilt.
It was her wish to give it to me to use and I promised I’d find someone to make that happen.
I’m hoping someone might be able to help as I know nothing about quilting except how hard it is.

Everything is finished except for getting it all together. She included the thread and the three sections.
