EDQG Membership is open to anyone with an interest in Quilting!

The EDQG is a member of FFAA and all members of EDQG may access programs and workshops offered by FFAA. Check out their website for all their upcoming events.

About EDQG

The Edmonton & District Quilters’ Guild (EDQG) is a non-profit organization that started in 1979 with 35 members that has grown to over 200 members.

The objectives of the guild are to:

  • To contribute to the knowledge of and to promote the appreciation of fine quilts,
  • To sponsor and support quilting activities,
  • To encourage quilt making and collecting,
  • To contribute to the growth of knowledge of quilting techniques, textiles, patterns,
    history and quilt-makers, through educational meetings, travel, and fellowship.

The EDQG is run by volunteers who oversee the operation of the guild.  The following paragraphs outline a few of the activities of the Guild.
